The flammable gases Magfing produces are constantly being lit, producing seemingly endless plumes of flame and toxic smoke. If agitated, it releases all of its gas at once; the ensuing explosion creates enough smoke to temporarily block out the sun.

Getting up close to a Magfing will give you a chance to observe, through its thin skin, the toxic gases swirling inside. The shell on its back is made of hardened magma.
