Magchu can use its tail to absorb thermal energy from lava and electric energy from the atmosphere. It will discharge excess energy by planting its tail into the ground, so the ground around a Magchu's nest quickly becomes barren.

If it stores too much electricity, its behavior turns aggressive. The shell on its back is made of hardened magma.
