Metmo-o's metallic body is incredibly durable, which it uses for both offense and defense. Metmo-o often lets foes hit it, creating openings that enable Metmo-o to retaliate with full force, striking with its armored head, arms, or tail.
Its rigid scales function as offense and defense. The claws tipping its arms pack the destructive power to tear through thick iron sheets as if they were silk.
