Porysea's programming causes it to spit ink at anyone who approaches it, regardless of whether they're friendly or not. Since its tail is just a solid square that can't be uncurled, it gets easily pushed away by any current in the water.

By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward. It is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data in order to enter cyberspace.
