All bits of data around Poryram become scorched and corrupted when it lights its tail up with flames. It blows up server rooms and all devices connected to them when they are being used for malicious reasons.

When Poryram's tail flares, the heat energy moves the atmosphere and changes the world's weather. Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon.
