Rokhan's bodies glow with electrical energy, and can shock anything they touch. The child seems to be very curious, constantly approaching unfamiliar things, while the parent anxiously watches over it, attacking anything that might be a threat.

If you come across a young Rokhan playing by itself, never try to catch it. Its body is composed of plasma.
