Sandkarp burrows in the sand at the side of rivers. It is easily swept away by the current, and frequently digs a new home to live in because it is too weak to swim back upriver to a previous resting place.

Its swimming muscles are weak, so it is easily washed away by currents. When it curls up in a ball, it can make any attack bounce off harmlessly.
