Celevoir floats gracefully through ancient forests, rarely touching the ground. As it performs its mesmerizing dance, it manipulates the psychic energy in the air to encourage the growth of rare herbs and flowers.

It apparently does not feel the pull of gravity because it supports itself with psychic power. This Pokémon came from the future by crossing over time.
