Delts can serve as companions to people with general anxiety. Only specially trained Delts can be used for this process, as they are taught to mitigate but not remove anxious feelings, so their human partner learns how to self-soothe.
A Delts has the power to sense the emotions of people and Pokémon with the horns on its head. Rather than keeping a permanent lair, it habitually seeks comfortable spots and sleeps there.
