Haunthorn prefer to live in the rafters of old buildings, swinging themselves around using their gaseous arms. Their bodies are solid, and anyone pricked by one of their sharp thorns will begin shivering uncontrollably.
They attach themselves to cave ceilings, firing steel spikes at targets passing beneath them. If a Haunthorn beckons you while it is floating in darkness, don't approach it.
