Klinksand is usually found on top of slag heaps from coal mines, scavenging for fuel for the furnaces that power the turning of its gears. The thick black smoke that rises from its chimneys is incredibly toxic to inhale.

Buried beneath the castle are masses of dried-up bones from those whose vitality it has drained. The gear with the red core is rotated at high speed for a rapid energy charge.
