Krookokyu tries to intimidate other Pokémon using a cardboard cut-out displaying a powerful Krookodile. If this disguise is broken, Krookokyu will extend a Krookodile-shaped shadow out across the ground, shaking the earth as it claws and bites foes.

Its actual appearance is unknown. It can expand the focus of its eyes, enabling it to see objects in the far distance as if it were using binoculars.
