Wild Oddrai remain rooted in the ground most of the time, growing like a plant. They only rise up to scatter their seeds on moonless nights. Each black seed will produce a vivid nightmare if swallowed, always featuring a flower of immense size.

Oddrai enjoys lurking in the shadows of moonlit forests, using its bright red eyes to observe the scene around it. If it spots a potential threat to the residents of the forest, Oddrai will fill the foe's mind with terror until it flees.

It can lull people to sleep and make them dream. This Pokémon grows by absorbing moonlight.
