Omaler's massive shell is incredibly heavy, but Omaler is strong enough to move it around the ocean floor. It will retract its body inside to hide, only emerging to ambush and seize prey that gets within reach.

Omaler move incredibly slowly due to their large claws and heavy shells. This would typically make them vulnerable prey; however, their shells are as tough as a Bastiodon's hide, while their claws can crush boulders.

It waves its huge, oversized claw in the air to communicate with others. An Omaler uses its tentacles to capture its prey.
