Paloang's two hard gears form a third gear from sand picked up from their surroundings. By lying flat against a sandy surface, Paloang can form additional interlocking gears, slowly converting entire beaches into spinning clockwork made of sand.
Spinning minigears are rotated at high speed and repeatedly fired away. Buried beneath the castle are masses of dried-up bones from those whose vitality it has drained.
