The parasitic mushroom tries to keep itself out of danger. When faced with a powerful opponent, however, Pararoc's reckless instincts kick in, causing it to attack without care for its own well-being.

It goads its enemies into attacking, withstands the hits, and in return, delivers a headbutt, crushing their bones with its rocky mane. Pararoc are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients.
