On full moon nights, Parareon manages to awaken its consciousness, which is otherwise clouded by the enormous mushroom that has taken control of its mind and body. Because it can blend in perfectly with the underbrush, it is a master hunter.

During the full moon, Parareon can produce an intense amount of spores. Their spores land on fallen meteors, forcing Clefairy to travel somewhere else.

Parareon evolved from exposure to the moon's energy pulses. Parareon are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients.
