Parapod can be found inside caves filled with fungi and will feed on decaying material that washes in from outside. They will flee if they hear anything approach them, then hide by blending in with the mushrooms and mycelium around them.

This Pokémon is a coward. Parapod are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients.
