Rosefa seem to be nourished by both moonlight and sunlight. Although rare and elusive, groups of them gather together during solar eclipses to dance in the dim light.

On nights with many shooting stars, Rosefa can be seen dancing in a ring. It attracts prey with a sweet aroma, then downs it with thorny whips hidden in its arms.
