Although Steesey's iron skin seems tough, it is thin like an eggshell and can be broken by strong impacts. If damaged, wild Steesey will tunnel deep underground, where the heat and pressure will repair any cracks.

If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Steesey will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face. Steesey live even further underground than Onix.
