Because of their spindly legs, Surchic can veritably skate atop water. They utilize the sweet honey of their own heads to lure in bird Pokémon, which are what they typically prey on, and then shoot them down with fireballs.

If attacked, it strikes back by spitting balls of fire it forms in its stomach. They gather on puddles after evening downpours, gliding across the surface of water as if sliding.
