Torchsaur takes great pride in caring for the eggs in the nest on its back. When it feels that something is threatening it or the eggs, Torchsaur will light the leaves surrounding the nest to protect them.
To support its bulb, Torchsaur's legs grow sturdy. If attacked, it strikes back by spitting balls of fire it forms in its stomach.
