Sneados hunts for prey at night by stretching silk strands between tree trunks close to the ground. It climbs up into the branches to wait for prey to trip over the thread, then drops down from above to attack with its venomous claws and horn.

Its feet are tipped with tiny hooked claws that enable it to scuttle on ceilings and vertical walls. A Sneados scales trees by punching its hooked claws into the bark.
