A Pokémon created from data with the intent of helping to monitor unbearably cold environments, such as near ice caps. They stand still when transmitting information from their hair-like antennae, which often leads to ice forming around their heads.

Because it is very proud, it hates accepting food from people. It is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data in order to enter cyberspace.
