Observations have shown that when Weegon-Z absorbs malware, a digital triplet appears on its body. While this third head disappears once it exits cyberspace and doesn't actually function in any capacity, Weegon-Z does get happier while it's around.
Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon. By diluting its toxic gases with a special process, the highest grade of perfume can be extracted.
