Wobgon are set up by information technology professionals to honeypot malicious attacks on PCs. They serve as a decoy that absorbs such attacks before the firewall intercepts and deletes the threat.
It is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data in order to enter cyberspace. Usually docile, a Wobgon strikes back ferociously if its black tail is attacked.
