Wooform mostly lives in ponds, resting in mud at the bottom. It will rise above the surface if its whiskers sense that the weather has changed, preventing itself from drying out by covering its skin with a thick layer of slime.

It alters its form depending on the weather. Wooform usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally.
