Heads of Exeggutor that fall into the ocean may become this Pokémon. They scuttle about the shoreline, looking for other stray heads to join it.

Wild Exegguapex are usually found on the shore of tropical islands, wandering all day to ensure they remain in the sun. If their sharp thorns do not deter other Pokémon from approaching, Exegguapex use their long necks to swing their heads like a club.

Those attacked by Exegguapex's poison will suffer intense pain for three days and three nights. Originally from the tropics, Exegguapex's heads grow larger from exposure to strong sunlight.
