Toxtor protects itself from harm by completely covering its heads with its spiky arms. It senses its surroundings using telepathy and will not lower its guard to attack until its target faces away from it.
Originally from the tropics, Toxtor's heads grow larger from exposure to strong sunlight. Those attacked by Toxtor's poison will suffer intense pain for three days and three nights.
