Paratly's body resembles a single oversized mushroom spore. As Paratly floats through the air searching for plants to drain life from, the haze of toxins that surrounds its body prevent it from being eaten.

When exposed to a strong wind, a Paratly's gaseous body quickly dwindles away. Paratly are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients.
