Poligon swims through data on water-themed websites. When it finds information it favors, it traps it in a digital bubble, sometimes causing slow loading or glitches.
It is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data in order to enter cyberspace. It is possible to see this Pokémon's spiral innards right through its thin skin.
