Poryblim gently floats around cyberspace in an attempt to find desktops with a wallpaper of a cloudy sky. It will then let out a series of beeps and boops to attract other Poryblim.
It's drowzy in daytime, but flies off in the evening in big groups. It is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data in order to enter cyberspace.
