Porytortle swims across rivers to move berries from one side to another. It only moves in orthogonal directions and gets pushed back when it encounters logs in the river.
Its large tail is covered with rich, thick fur that deepens in color with age. It is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data in order to enter cyberspace.
