A quirk in Vigogon's programming causes it to be filled with a ceaseless need to move about. Even when hovering in a mostly stationary fashion, its limbs and head will constantly rotate.
It is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data in order to enter cyberspace. It can't keep still because its blood boils with energy.
